Breakfast Meeting:  Saturday June12th at 8:00 AM at the South Everett Denny's #7868, located at the SOUTHWEST corner of I-5 Exit 186.  Address is 132 128th St. SW.  Phone is (425) 355-2210.  Yes, there WILL be a meeting;  the Cool Cats are still alive!  At the Special Meeting held on June 3rd Bob Thurgood made his pitch to become the new Cool Cats Chapter Director (CD).  One thing he emphasized right away was on-time performance; the meeting was billed as starting at 7 PM.  It did, and he pointed that out at the start!  He wants to have fun and wants to spread the work (jobs, functions) across many people, making each part small and easy (fun was the word he used).   About a dozen Chapter E members came to the meeting.   Maybe a few of them will follow Bob to the Cool Cats.  Nobody raised any objections toward Bob; so I guess he is it!  This Breakfast Meeting will definitely be a "meeting" as Staff has to be appointed and decisions made concerning what we want ot do for the rest of the year.  There is no after meeting ride planned.  We were considering a ride to Hood Canal and the Undersea Museum in Bangor.  This ride, like last month's ride was to be planned and led by Rodney.  Unfortunately, he has moved to Oak Harbor and has to work Saturdays.  He can't be an active member now.  We had 6 bikes on last month's ride to Bellingham and the American Museum of Radio and Electricity.  

Note:  Your "Newsletter Editor", actually your email writer, will be out of town on June 12th.  I hope someone will make meeting notes that I can distribute along with a Staff Meeting notice when I return.  I am willing to continue writing the "Newsletter" if the membership so desires.  Per my wife's orders "no other jobs".
